Rules & Regulations

I.    No decorations are permitted on roofs, eaves, trim or gutters.

J.   Owners/residents are not permitted to display any clotheslines, poles, clothes trees, clothes, sheets, blankets or laundry of any kind or any other articles to be hung or displayed inside or outside of the windows or placed on the outside windowsills, walls, patio, deck or balconies, in any parking areas or any outside area.

K.    Outside storage of boats, canoes or another watercraft is prohibited.

L.   Owners/residents shall not install any hot tubs on the patio, deck or balcony. Children’s temporary pools can be used on the Common grassy areas only and must be emptied and stored within the home when not in use.

M. The American Flag is the only flag permitted to be flown or displayed at any time. It may be displayed only with an approved flag holder and be affixed to the right or left upper side of the garage door in that it does not interfere with the neighbor’s walkway or garage. In ground flagpoles are not permitted. Other national flags, holiday flags, decorative flags, or banners are not permitted to be displayed at any time or in lieu of the American Flag. Flags cannot be draped, hung, displayed, suspended from any Common/Limited Common element or on doors.

N.   Small, decorative garden flags may be displayed in planted flowerpots on the porch, patios, or decks. No flags or any decorative items of any kind are permitted in the mulched areas.

17) PEACEFUL ENJOYMENT

A.   Everyone  who  resides  in  the  Masters  Collection  community  is  entitled  to “Peaceful Enjoyment” of their homes. If this is infringed upon, the Board will take the necessary actions, within their power, to remedy the situation. This can be through discussion, warnings, violation notices and ultimately fines until the infringement is corrected/resolved. The Board hopes that all residents will use common courtesy and common sense in how they conduct themselves within our community.

B.   Actions that will be considered an infringement on this are, but not limited to: Loud, crude or rude talk or actions; any action/behavior that has the potential to decrease property values.

C.    Smoking is limited to the confines of the home and the roads only. No smoking of any kind, including vaping and E cigarettes, will be permitted on Limited or Common property, except for the roads. Appropriate containers (i.e. ash trays/cups)  are to be used for ashes/butts and be disposed of within the home. No butts or ashes are to be disposed of on any roads, grass, mulched or concrete surface or anywhere on the property. No receptacles or paraphernalia of any type is permitted to be kept on any Limited Common or Common Elements including decks, patios and porches.
