D.   All vehicles are to be driven in a safe, quiet manner with a special emphasis on properly working mufflers.

E.    No motorbikes, go-karts, or other unlicensed motor vehicles (gas or electric) shall be ridden in the community.

F.    No vehicle of any type shall be driven on turf areas.

G.   No parked vehicle may block the normal flow of traffic on the streets, sidewalks, driveways, or parking areas. If any vehicle is found to be impeding the normal flow of traffic it will be towed at the expense of the vehicle’s owner.

H.   All owners/residents must use their garage and their driveway for parking their vehicles. Visitor parking is for visitors only, unless approved by management for a short-term use by a resident/guest.

I.    All vehicles parked on Association property must be operable, moveable, insured and have current inspection and registration stickers. Violators will receive 24-hour notice to remove the vehicle before the Association has the vehicle towed at the owner’s expense.

J.    No vehicle shall be parked in such a manner to occupy more than one (1) parking spot, including on driveways.

K.   All vehicles of Owners/Residents must be kept on record with Property Management.

20) PETS

A.   Pets are permitted with the exception that they are not to be bred or maintained for any commercial purpose and are housed within the home.

B.   No more than two (2) household dogs or cats, in aggregate, may be kept or harbored at any time. Trained attack or guard dogs are not permitted.

C.   Each Owner/Resident keeping any household pet(s) shall indemnify the Association and its members and hold them harmless against any loss or liability of any kind whatsoever arising from the keeping of such household pet(s).

D.   Owners/residents will be held fully responsible for the actions of their pets. In the event that damage is caused, the Association will affect the repairs and charge the Owner.

E.  Pets must be attended to and leashed on any Limited or Common Elements (including decks and patios) at all times. Pets must be held/walked on a leash, not to exceed six (6) feet. Pets may not be chained, tied, or otherwise secured to the exterior of any home (including decks, porches and patios). Outside dog pens or runs are prohibited.
