F.    Pet droppings must  be picked up immediately using an implement such as doggie bags, and disposed of in that owner’s trash container and NOT be deposited in storm sewers. All droppings are to be stored INSIDE and disposed of as garbage. No outside storage of droppings will be permitted.

G.   Pet owners must provide the Property Management Company a copy of the pet licensing and immunization records upon request.  All household pets must be listed on the Confidential Resident Form.

H.  Barking must be controlled. If barking is excessive and interferes with the peaceful enjoyment of another resident, this will be considered a violation and corrective actions must be taken by the owner.

21) SATELLITE DISH INSTALLATION

A.   Although Satellite dishes are becoming a thing of the past, we are including the applicable rules surrounding installation. All satellite dishes require approval from the Board of Trustees.

B.    Owners must submit a written application, along with a site plan in written and illustrative form, which would describe the specifics of size, method, and location for installation. Drawings should also be provided to show the satellite dish in relation to the owner’s and neighbors’ properties. All documentation must be submitted to the management company prior to installation.

C.   Installation of a satellite dish is limited to the trim at the peak of the chimney, the chimney chase, or the deck so that the level of the dish is lower than the uppermost railing, according to the guidelines established by the board of trustees. Should neither location provide reception, the homeowner must provide a written statement from the installer stating same, along with a proposal for an alternate location.

D.   Satellite dishes must be professionally installed by a licensed and insured installer.

E.   Contact the Management office for the proper approval process to make this change.

22) SIGNS

A.   No sign or signs shall be placed on any part of the Property or Common and Limited Common Elements advertising the Property for sale, rent or lease. No sign(s) of any type visible from the exterior of the home shall be displayed from the window, doors, or any Limited/Common Element of any home, except as required by law and for alarm systems registered with the town displaying a valid sticker ID.
