23) SOLICITATION
A. No solicitation of any type is permitted without the express prior written consent of the Board of Directors. This includes postings on mailboxes or any other common or limited common elements.
24) STORAGE
A. Nothing shall be done or stored in any home or in or upon the Common or Limited Common Property, which will increase the rates of Association Insurance of any building or the contents nor shall anything be done or stored in or upon the Common Property which will result in the cancellation of Association insurance on any Building or the contents thereof or which will be in violation of any law.
25) DOORS and SECURITY SYSTEMS
A., Only storm doors, front doors and garage doors approved by the Board of Directors are permitted. Contact the Management Company to obtain specific information relating to manufacturer, type and color. In summary, the storm door permitted is one with white trim and full view clear glass. The front door currently is a painted gray, and the garage doors are white. All doors are the responsibility of the homeowner.
B. Security cameras are not permitted to be affixed to the exterior of any home.
C. A “RING” type security doorbell is permitted as a replacement for the current doorbell.
D. Security company signs are permitted in the mulched beds, and a small window sticker is also permitted.
26) TRASH/RECYCLING/DELIVERIES
A. All trash and recycling shall be disposed of in the lidded containers provided by the trash contractor.
B. All containers must have the lids fully closed to prevent animals and birds from scavenging and to prevent the weather elements (wind, rain) from causing litter in the neighborhood.
C. No personal garbage containers are permitted. ABSOLUTELY NO TRASH will be permitted to be placed outside the container.
D. 65 Gallon containers have been provided which allows for adequate space for refuse.
