E.   The garbage company is contracted to pick up 2 times per week, currently Monday & Thursday. Trash may be put out after 6:00pm the night before and must be brought in by the end of the pick-up day.

F.   Large items, which have been scheduled for pick up with the trash hauler, can be put out the night before pick-up but cannot be left out for more than 1 day.

G.   All recycling is to be placed in the lidded containers provided by the trash contractor  with  the  lids  CLOSED.  The  sanitation  company  requires  streamlined recycling, which includes glass, cans, papers, corrugated, to be placed together in the container. Cardboard is to be broken down to fit in the container.

H.   ABSOLUTELY NO  RECYCLING is permitted outside the lidded containers. This will prevent any unsightly debris, minimize load contamination and prevent items from flying around the community.

I.    Any excess recycling can be brought to the town recycling center, or collected on the next scheduled pick up day.

J.    The sanitation contractor can refuse to pick up trash or recycling due to unacceptable items or containment. The Owner/Resident is responsible for bringing the containers back into the home within the day and planning for proper disposal.

K.    Temporary dumpsters may be used with advance approval from the Board of Directors. Prior to Board approval, Owners must provide any and all permits for use of the dumpster as required by Clinton Township.

L.    Arrangements for additional trash collection (i.e., heavy furniture, excessive garbage etc.) must be made in advance with the trash company at the Owner’s/Resident’s expense.

M.   All trash/recycling containers of any kind must be kept inside the home always except on trash or recycling days. Trash containers of any kind are not permitted to be stored anywhere within the Limited Common or Common Elements which includes decks, porches, walkways, patios, grass, mulch beds, etc.

N.   All packages and newspapers must be brought inside the day they are delivered.

27)  WINDOW COVERINGS

A.    No exterior shades, awnings, window guards, window boxes, window fans or air conditioning devices shall be used on or about the buildings.
