B.    Draperies, blinds, curtains or other window coverings must be installed on all windows (including garage windows) and must be maintained on said windows. The backing, lining or other surface of draperies, blinds, curtains or other window coverings visible from the exterior of the homes shall be beige, off-white, white or neutral in color.

28)   VIOLATIONS & FINES

A.    In the event an Owner, family member, guest, licensee, lessee or invitee, of such Owner violates any of the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules & Regulations and Governing Documents, a Notice of Violation shall be sent via email and mail to the offending Owner/Resident of the violation, allowing the Owner an opportunity to cure said violation within 7 days, or request a hearing for dispute resolution. If the Owner fails to cure said violation within the 7 days, and fails to request a hearing, the Association shall impose a $100.00 fine per incident for everyday day the violation is not cured.

B.    No immoral, improper, offensive or unlawful use shall take place in any home or on any limited common property. All laws, zoning ordinances and regulations of all government bodies having jurisdiction over the Association shall be observed.
